Honors & Achievements:
Lytle H.S. had two commended students in the 2000 National Merit Scholarship Program.

Lytle H.S. has been the UIL district champions for several years. Several students advance to regional and state competitions every year.

Lytle Elementary and Middle Schools have been TEA "Recognized" schools.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
Recreation in Lytle is plentiful, both locally and nearby. The City Park offers three baseball fields, a multi-purpose court, playground equipment, pavilion and plenty of picnic facilities and tennis courts.
Nearby San Antonio has much to offer with its many interesting sights, shopping centers, theatres, and miscellaneous amusements. Also close by are Medina Lake and the Gulf Coast.
